Terms Of Service:

By buying from me (or owning my art/character designs) you must read and agree to the terms below. I am not responsible for any negligence or failure to read my terms. If you break my terms, you will be blacklisted.☆ Only me and the commissioner (or current owner of depicted characters / designs) may use the artwork / designs produced for them. ☆★ You are required to pay HALF payment upfront before I start working on your commission. ★☆ You ARE NOT allowed to use artwork for advertising or profits associated with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or for use in training AI. ☆☆ If you're being too aggressive, disrespectful, or difficult to work with I will refund and cancel your commission. It's not under discussion and you can't refuse my refund. If you do, I'll blacklist you and cancel the commission, regardless of whether or not you let me refund you. I refuse to work on the commission if you refuse my refund. ☆★- max revision of 4x: 2 in sketch phase and 2 in lineart. Extra fees for additional revisions. ★☆ - I reserve all rights to my art and the client must use it for personal use only (unless stated otherwise). ☆☆ - If you post your commission, please credit me in the description of the post. ☆★ - You may sell the art for the original price you bought it for, selling it for over it's original price will get you blacklisted. ★☆ - Not for commercial purposes, If you'd like, there's a special price for commercial usage, Commercial prices are usually 2 to 5x the original price, depending on the usage (merch, logo, pins, assets etc). ☆★ - No refunds once I've begun linework, and trying to chargeback will result in being blacklisted. ★

Refund Policy:

★ I will not accept refunds once I've begun linework. ★☆ I will accept refunds when I show you a sketch if you've decided you no longer wish to continue commissioning me, but you'll only get an 80% refund as compensation since I've already begun working. You will receive the sketch file. ☆★ I have up to 72 hours to issue your refund after you've requested it. It will not be immediate and you may not demand it to be immediate. Sometimes it can take longer depending on the situation I'm in, but I will be sure to discuss that with you. ★☆ If you are dissatisfied with your finished product, please let me know! I do allow minor changes within reason to fix any mistakes I may have made. You have 24 hours to express this dissatisfaction. (Please don't pretend to love it, and then diss me later about your dissatisfaction.) ☆

Regarding Chargebacks & Blacklisting:

☆ I will not allow chargebacks in any way unless there's proof of my negligence to give you a refund 72 hours after it was requested and you're eligible for a refund. You're only eligible for a refund before the linework has been finished. ☆★ If you open a chargeback to avoid my refund policy, I will blacklist you and make a public beware on my social medias to warn other artists. The artwork I made you will be forfeited and will be resold or utilized as compensation. ★☆ If you're blacklisted, You aren't allowed to commission me, buy adopts, or own character designs of mine that you didn't previously own before being blocked/blacklisted. If I see you have bought a design of mine after being blacklisted, I will make a public beware on you for avoiding my blacklist. ☆★ When I blacklist you, I might give you a brief explanation of why and block you (unless you aren't a follower of mine and you don't know who I am) but it isn't my responsibility. ★☆ If you try to communicate with me further with an alt account or by a friend/family member, I will block the accounts trying to contact me and make a public beware. ☆★ When you're blacklisted, You'll be added to my public blacklist so people know not to sell a design of mine to you, etc. I will not state why publicly unless you've scammed me or others, charged me back, traced my artwork, or stolen/heavily copied a design or character of mine. ★☆ Whatever character designs and art of mine you have before getting blacklisted are still yours. ☆★ You are still expected to follow my terms of service with characters and art of mine you owned before being blacklisted. If I find out you've broken my terms with said characters or art, I will make a public beware. ★

Extra Commission Info:

Simple backgrounds (block color & small details) no need to pay extra!Clearly explain your idea and concept for the commission.Feel free to send me a simple concept doodle. (It will help a lot with the process!)Provide ALL the necessary references and any extra details you can about the commission.Please be patient! Commissions will take time. Feel free to message me for updates or check the progress in the queue (link at the bottom of the page).Prices will vary depending on complexity and detail, adding a detailed background to your commission will result in an extra fee, a few props won't cost extra but if there are over 3, again, you will receive an extra fee.You may edit the artwork and designs however you like if you are the current owner.
